Recommendation Report

• Intro:  For our annual school's prom, we will need to discuss these three main issues and plan them accordingly. This report will consist of various themes, recommendations and suggestions as to what to choose for the event. As for location, Loews Resort of Coronado has offered us the best and quickest available place. 
• Topics:  Food, Music, and Theme
• Recommendation: I recommend that we serve classy foods like steak, or some kind of memorable or exotic food. We don't want sloppy, cheap, or fast food on such an important night. As for music, we need a notable DJ with fast upbeat tunes to get the party together. To get a feel-good variety of music, we'll need to take some requests from guests. Finally, but most importantly, the theme should involve winter decorations, and should be classic, traditional, and white. If we all agree to proceed on the theme, it'll be a white snow wonderland, full of good times and amazing feelings.
• Discussion:
• Food: Due to formal attire, we require tasty, clean, healthy, and presentable food. We can order a catering service or hire a restaurant's help. We will follow the regulations or guidelines made by the location's staff. We need visually satisfying and appealing food, with a classic style of serving to match the theme. Preferably Alaskan or winter type foods would be be appropriate and tasteful. 
• Music: As for entertainment purposes, we'll need a hot band, group, or DJ to keep the party's flow and excitement. Fast music and dancing songs will give the night memorable times with appropriate and inspiring music. We don't want the students to be bored or jejune, so we need new generation music and different styles ranging from all sorts of genres. It will help us find similarities and put everyone in a relaxing mood.
• Theme: The theme completes the whole night, so it should be a winter wonderland evening. Since it's formal and classy, everyone should wear white or some form of it. The night will be full of peace,  good vibes, and happy people. The snowy white traditional theme will set the tone for one amazing night.
